In our master bath, we have Chrome shower door, faucets, and shower head. Our cabinets have stain nickel knobs. Do you think we should go with Stain Nickel light fixture or Chrome light fixture over the faucets?

I installed a old water softner from the late 70s or early 80s and it uses 50 pounds of salt every 3 days. I have no papers on this and it shows it recycles every 4 days. and another Q.. should I fill my pool with the water softer on? its a 18′ by 4′ pool

I have a combi boiler that recently had a part fixed as the hot water wasn’t getting to the radiators (the hot water in the taps was fine). Since then I now only get hot water to the taps if I switch the hot water to the radiators on as well. Any idea why? Will this be due to a mistake the plumber made when he fitted the last part?
I heard that it is not good to mix baby formula with tap water, that instead you should use Enfamil water or something special instead. I used tap water with my two girls and they were fine. Is this something new? Anyone know about this? Thanks?
And how many faucets should you let drip. If you have a 2 bath home, should faucets be left dripping from both bathrooms & the kitchen or is just 1 fine? Thank you!

Had an undermount sink installed under granite counter. Sink is now separating from bottom of counter. Appears sink was held into place through use of wooden braces that pin sink to bottom of counter.
To reseal and secure sink, any suggestions out there of how to do it?
Is caulk/sealant special type and where can I find? At Home Depot or Lowe’s?
I have a new auger bucket (January) . My Freezer is completely empty of all foods, I replaced the water line (December) below the vegetable bin in the Refrigerator. I just had a Culligan 2-stage water filtration system installed on the water line going into the refrigerator.
The water coming out of the spout tastes fine. When I make ice cubes from the RO unit at the sink the ice tastes fine. The ice coming from the ice maker though still tastes bad almost like a penicillin taste especially when the ice thaws in a glass of water. Any ideas?
We have well water and would like to hook up a water softner for the household water, but where we would like to set it up is in the pump house and that would be hooking it toall of our water system, including our yard, can water from a water softener hurt our grass and plants
