Misunderstood by many, tap water IS better for you than bottled water. Unless you live in an area where tap water is gross (which in that case you would get a water filter). Tap water is checked for cleanness around every 30 minutes and has to pass strict regulations. Bottled water however, does NOT have to pass those regulations...so who knows how clean it is. I'm not saying it has gross fungus and stuff floating in there (or else they would get sued), but it might not be as clean. Also, the plastic on bottles is made from.....oil! So we cant really complain about oil prices if we use alot of plastic because we are just contributing to that. Mostly stay clear from dasani and aquafina-those are just purified If you have to get bottled water, get the stuff that actually comes from natural springs. They will be better for you. oh and no-they do not use caffein in their drinks...that would probably be illegal since they dont list it in the ingrediants. And if they have something in there that is not in the ingrediants, it's illegal and you can sue them :D But my whole familly drinks bottled water and non of us are addicted or anything.
