Tap water is perfectly fine.
You do however want to avoid distilled water as other answers suggested.
Here is an article on the dangers of distilled water for pets

Tap water's fine. We've a bearded dragon in the school herpetarium that's going on 10+ years old drinking it. (yeah, I know: the plural of anecdote is not "data", but in this case...)

Also, I suspect it never even occurred to the vast majority of beardie owners to worry about water source, and they tend to do well in captivity anyway. Good luck!

I'm not sure but I have hermit crabs and you DO NOT want to give them tap water. I'm guessing it is the same with your pet. I buy a gallon of distilled water and that usually lasts for a while. Distilled water is the perfect thing for my crabs. I would guess it is the same unless hermit crabs are more fragile then bearded dragons.

hope this helped!

That really depends on where you live and what your tap water is like. If your tap water smells like chlorine, and youcan taste the chlorine, then I wouldn't feed it to him.
I generally say, if you would drink the water, then you can give it to your beardie. If you wouln't touch it, then don't.
good luck.
