Actually, if you drink too much water, the concentration of minerals and sugars in your blood to drop, making you feel ill or tired.
i don’t think so. you need water. but i don’t think that drinking them in large amounts is good.
It wont dehydrate you, but it flushes out all your nutrients. Its not healthy at all.
No it can’t. Maybe you need to see a doctor, that doesn’t sound normal.
Let me get this right, you drank a butt load of water and you are asking if you are dehydrated?
prefix de means NOT
hydrated mean full of water
NOT FULL OF WATER
you drank a lot of water
you do the math
I agree with L.O.V.E.: It does sound like you might need to see a doctor. There could be something that you are being exposed to (like chemicals or pathogens) that are making you ill.
The only other alternative is that yall are already very dehydrated and you still haven’t drunk enough water to compensate for the loss of water.
It can kill you. You can over hydrate and not have enough minerals etc in your system. A few years ago a radio station did this who drinks the most water wins. A contestant died from over hydration
no it cannot dehydrate you
There is such thing as drinking too much water.
But if you feel like you’re constantly thirsty, you might want to ask your doctor. Perpetual thirst is a sign of diabetes.
What kind of things has he been putting in his butthole?
No, but you can get water poisoning.
ya think it may have something to do with the weather we’ve been having;; you SHOULD drink more water *& actually carve it when the weather is dry, humid, & hot…we perspire more too…maybe reterm your sense of ‘gallons’….& btw, water HYDRATES….
no, too LITTLE water can dehydrate you, you need 64oz of water a day to stay healthy, i would not drink more than that though, cause a man died from drinking to much water (3 gallons)
If you are drinking a lot of water and still feeling thirsty, you need to be checked for diabetes. Excessive thirst is a symptom.
I was an athlete for years and no such thing as too much water on a humid day. YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE HE’S EATING AND NOT FEELING TO FULL FROM THE WATER. That’s’ what will mess him up. TRUST ME. I see too many people drink a butt load of water but no food because they get too full from the water. Dumb move. Make sure he eats banana’s also.
