Can I water my plants with distilled water?

I’ve got some small fountains in my apartment which I use distilled water for and I just water the plants at the same time, with same water.
Good..Bad…or …doesn’t matter?

The problem with using distilled water for your plants is that there are no trace minerals that plants find beneficial. However, if you’re regularly feeding the plants, they get the minerals they need from the plant food and from the soil.
I water succulents that I have in terra cotta pots to prevent minerals and salts from leaching out of the terra cotta, resulting in white stains on the outside of the pots. Otherwise, I just use tap water.
waste of distilled water! tap water better
This would be good for the plants. Tap water often has chlorine or other chemicals, especially if you have a water softener, that some plants are sensitive to.
~~I’ve always heard that plants need the minerals in tap water to stay healthy so I have never done it.
If your plants don’t look unhealthy then maybe you are fine. I guess the best thing to do is call a nursery and get their opinion.~~
