Can you substitute purified water for spring water when trying to lose weight?
I was reading on a website that when you are trying to lose weight, it says to drink spring water. I don’t really like to buy bottled water, so I was wondering if you can substitute purified water like from a Brita filter for spring water and get the same results?

wll, spring water is better because it is boiled and it is from healthy rivers and lakes.go and buy spring water or make some by 1:find a river 2:grab a pot 3:put the water in the pot 4:make a fire (dont burn wildlife!) 5:boil the water for 15 min. i hoped i helped.oh, and dont forget to drink it after!dont drink it too soon tough.
