I have a pur water pitcher that came with a replacement filter a while ago and we stopped using it. I lost the instructions and I forgot how to clean the filter! How do you clean the water filter? Thanks sooo sooo much!

I hate the taste of water. I think it tastes nasty, and I only drink one glass a day if that much. I need to drink more water but i can’t because its a big chore because I don’t like the taste. Can you train yourself to drink water? Do you know of a flavored water that doesn’t leave a bad after taste?

The Kenmore is 9.99 and the Whirlpool is 7 at Lowes. I don’t really want to spend more on a water softener and these seem to be the cheapest for decent brands. If you know of others in the price range that are good too, please share.

If there is a shortage of water, policies will have to be made as to whether water should be diverted to urban areas, agricultural areas, or natural ecosystems. Make an argument for diverting water for urban consumption and an argument for permitting the flow of water to natural areas.

I have a maine coon and she loves to play in her water bowl. The problem is that we have hard wood floors. So the water leaves water stains if i forget to wipe it up. We tried having a mat under the food and water but the water ended up getting under the mat and making more of a mess. Does anyone have any good ideas of what i could do with the water bowl in order to keep the wood floors dry?

My apartment building has scheduled repairs on the water tower on the building. During the hours of 9 am to 5 pm there will be no water. If I stock-pile water before 9 am that day, can I get the toilet to flush? Does anyone have any suggestions?

A friend bought me a "lucky bamboo" plant as a housewarming gift. It is in a very small pot that does not have a hole in the bottom. There are rocks in the pot, not soil. How do I water it if there is no hole on the bottom? How often should I water it? Also, how much water should I put (the pot is not clear so I cannot see how much water I am putting and where it reaches).
Please help. Thanks!
