no because fluoride is not a heavy metal.
according to the description, it keeps a healthy level of fluoride.

I could be wrong, far as I know they don’t.
It’s a shame, but they don’t. It takes a special kind of filter to remove fluoride.
EDIT: There is no healthy level of the fluoride in water, it is a poison. Especially the stuff that is put in our water.
