Do you have a , fertilizer bottle that you put on the end of your hose, for the lawn.? Empty the bottle out, put 3 parts concentrated windshield cleaner solution, 2 capfulls of JetDry, you know the stuff. You put it in your dishwasher., and 1 part vinegars.. Spray on, squeegee, wipe, hose,or let dry.
You could put the following in a series:
Filter
Pump
Filter
Water Softener
Pressure Washer (can put in detergent or other cleaning agents in the co-spray bottle)
For the final rinse use a garden hose and the MR. Clean spot free rinse adapter on the end, else you could put the same cartridges into the pressure washer co-spray bottle.
I use a water repellent to polish up the windshield and windows, keeps them clean in a down pour to be able to see out!
Hope that or some iteration of it will serve your purpose. The pump is assuming you are not using water from a faucet. If using faucet water then you can skip the first filter and the pump in the sequence.
BTW what is your favorite brand of hull polish

I used to rent deionized treatment water tanks to wash my car at home. They worked great but the expense of 15 bucks a month was too much to wash the car
