I have been told that drinking Distilled Water is not good for me, long term. I thought Distilled water was PURE H2O.
How can it be bad for me?

Does anyone know the differences between "drinking water" or "distilled" water , or "spring water", and their respective properties? You see them all in stores for sale.

Note, I need scientific answers. For instance, I know the basic differences in each sample I mentioned, for example, drinking water might have minerals added for ‘taste’..

I am curious if a certain "water" is actually better for you than another. To me Distilled Water would be the best choice since it is PURE water?

Anyone have good information on this?
