No, sorry.
But, what it does do is increase your metabolism. It also flushes out toxins from your body as well as any biproducts made due to weight loss.
Enough water also keeps your body hydrated and from holding onto water (what most people call bloat or water retension). A lot of people do not get enough water, so the body thinks it’s close to dehydration and holds on to what it has.
The recommended amount to drink is 8- either ounce cups of water a day. Some people go to 100 ounces, but don’t go too over board either. Too much water can be not good either.
Also, your efforts have to be accompanied not just by water, but by a good balanced diet. Choose your carbs in whole grains and low glycemic veggies and fruits. And of course, meat. Limit fats and sugars. Whole grains take a while to turn into sugar in the blood stream.
i think it reducies your weight slightly because when your stomache is filled with water you dont eat anyhting, so this stops u eating
If You Drink About 8 Glasses A Day, Then You Won’t Be Hungry. My Cousin Drinks Eight And She Looks Beautiful! I Suggest You Try 5 The First Day And See How You Feel. If You Feel Better And Less Hungry, Then Try 8. If You Can Take A Large Amount At 1 Time Then Do It If You Want To. But Watch Out. If You Take To Much You May Vomit. It Almost Happened To Me. But The Main Thing Is, Drink Water During Your Meals, But Don’t Take Too Much, Because Your Going To Lose Your Hunger A Little By Getting Filled Up By Good Working Water…And Since Its Morning Im Gonna Have My 3 Glasses.
Don’t Forget To Exercise And Eat Healthy!

Water is good for weight loss, but you still need some nutrition to be healthy.
One method of using water for weight loss is drinking a glass before meals or between so you feel fuller faster.
Yes, drinking water mixed with low carb bars, whole grains, fruit, and exercise can definitely help reduce weight.
You should be drinking 8 – 10 glasses of water each day, to stay properly hydrated.
If you drink soda, juice, or coffee, you will need to drink more water to dilute the sugar and caffeine content, as caffeine is a diuretic.
However, too much water can overload your system, so do not go overboard with it.
drinking water does not reduce water but it improve your immune system so while doing exercise your body will burn more calories
Drinking lots of water is good for you but does not contribute to weight loss unless you also reduce the calories that you take in.
If you are substituting water for a drink with calories, then yes, of course, over time your weight will be reduced by the calories that you have removed from your diet.
I don’t know anything that you are talking about. But I guess it might
i dont think it makes you lose weight, but it helps to detox your body because it clears out your system properly, healthy eating and exercise with plenty of water and you have the right ingredients to life.
It reduces weight
It is said that some people eat too much because they don’t drink enough water, and so their bodies are taking the water from the food. Our bodies need water. Water can help to flush out the system of toxins and wastes. My favorite diet is to eat soups a lot and broths. It is not good to drink too much plain water because that can throw off the electrolyte balance, so how much water we get is counted including the things we take in like juice, milk, jello, ice cream, soup. With soups I feel full, and am getting water, but am not getting as many calories as if it was a plate full of solids. Two teaspoons of carrots, two teaspoons of potatoes, two teaspoons of meat and a lot of broth make me just as full as 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 cup of potatoes, and 1/2 cup of meat.
Actually drinking water isn’t what makes you lose weight. When you drink a lot of water, it fills you up faster causing you to eat less. It’s a good dietary supplement and it keeps you hydrated. I drink at least 1/2 gallon a day!
well i heard if you try and gain weight drink loads of water?? but i guess that is with the food aswell..
