what are the benefits of drinking water and how much water (in fluid ounces) should I be drinking daily?

the benefits of drinking water is basically just keeping healty. I thought it was 8 full glasses.
most people say 8 glasses a day is good. it really depends on your age, body type and metabolism. I probably drink a couple quarts a day. I work at a call center and have to as I get a dry mouth. it’s good for hydrating the body, flushing out excess sodium and toxins, and also helping you feel a little more full.

I know water can help benefit your skin. Obviously , its a good way to clean out your system. It helps hydrate your body inside and out. Keeps your skin looking healthy and glowing. Keeps your insides feeling quenched. =)
