How do I get more hot water Pressure?
I’ve replaced most of my hot water piping with 3/4 inch pvc. I took the hot and cold stems of the shower and had awesome pressure. Put new stems in and got no pressure. The interesting thing is that the cold water pressure is great everywhere except the shower and the hot water pressure is non-existent everywhere. The water heater has been drained and is 2 years old. One last detail is in the shower when you put the hot and cold water on there is no difference if you just had the hot on.

Agree with previous answer.
Since you have "awesome pressure" at each stem (bypassing the mixing valve–the 3/4" pipe probably helped here) then it must be the mixing valve (where the hot and cold water meet–controlled by the knob when functioning properly).
Well, since you say you have "awesome pressure" at both the hot and cold stems in the shower, the problem would have to be right there in the shower and not with the water heater or piping.
Having no difference between hot and cold would indicate a problem with the mixing valve.
