the device is a washer that reduces the water that passes through it. it usualy is in the last connection of the shower head itself, simply remove the shower head and remove the washer with the smallest hole in it. but be sure to keep the bigger one. it seals the shower head. However, this will not increse the the presure, it will increse the volume. More water same pressure. if you are looking for wet heat on your back, this will be better, if you are looking for a better " massage" , it wont do much..
take the shower head off the spout. Inside the end of the head, there should be a small washer with a smaller hole in it. These are sometimes glued in with just a little bit of glue. Take a drill just a little bit smaller than the washer and start to drill this out. The glue should break and the washer should pop out
Good luck
You should be able to pry out the saver disk. If not you could drill a large hole through it.
