How Many Bottles of Water Should I Drink Daily?
How many bottles of water should I drink daily because right now, I hardly drink one full bottle daily.
So how many bottles of water should I drink daily and will I feel any different if I start doing this except for the going to the bathroom part?
P.S. I’m using the Poland Spring Water Bottle, not the big bottles like Dasani
P.S. I’m 16 years old and weigh 140 pounds, I’m also 5ft 9in

The popular answer is 64 ounces or 8 cups of water a day. Set small goals for yourself. Make it a point to finish one 16oz bottle of Poland Spring water by a certain time of day. Gradually increase your intake by graduating to a larger bottle (24oz, 32oz and so forth)
It will make you feel good to know you are doing something healthy for yourself and it might give you more energy as you won’t be dehydrated. Note: By the time you feel thirsty you are already dehydrated.
Water is much better than sugary drinks, so substituting water in place of them is much healthier. I know it’s really boring to drink so you can switch it up plain spring water with sparkling lemon or lime flavored mineral water from time to time.
3 Bottles, or 8 Cups.
If you don’t drink enough, your urine might not be right. You should have a yearly checkup with your doctor to testify if your urine is healthy or not.
i suggest 8 bottles ( 16 cups ) or drink straight out of the gallon and save money.
a gallon is essential for bringing nutrients to the body and for proper hydration
6 to 8 oz. bottles of water a day. In about a wk. to 10 days, you should have much more energy and your skin will be much mire elastic and your thoughts will be much clearer. plenty of fiber too.
Your weight divided by 2 = number of ounces you should be drinking. That would be 70 ounces for you.
