Is there a 100% organic/natural way to cleanse my skin without the use of “soap”?
I have very dry skin and I’m prone to extreme breakouts with eczema. I’m about to purchase a shower and bath filter so that I can have the purest water possible for bathing but I now want to omit the use of "soap" which dries my skin also. I only use Organic vegetable soap but even those dry my skin. My question is:
Is there a natural and I do mean "natural"- no chemicals, emlusifiers, parabens, etc. whatsoever or "Organic" product or home remedy that I can use everyday over my entire body to cleanse my skin. I don’t care about lathering. I just need something 100% truely natural that does no contain soap.

i always steep a few green tea bags in boiling water before taking a bath and i add them to the bath water.. i love the herbal scent of them and they are supposed to cleanse your skin too.

use lotion instead of soap! it is perfect! i use it in the shower when i shave and it also works at a body wash!
My aunt has severe eczema and she started drinking a shot glass of aloe vera juice a day. She said that has help her condition tremendously—-more then the expensive prescriptions she’s bought for the last 60 years!!
You can buy the juice at health food stores.
Humans got along for thousands of years before soap was invented. They went for a dip in the lake, etc. So you might try plain water.
Some people have quit using shampoo. Others don’t wash their hair any more. These are more ‘natural’ approaches.
There are actually numerous non-soap, natural methods for cleansing the skin. One that is very popular on one of the forums I’m on can be found here: http://www.theoilcleansingmethod.com/
It’s called the oil cleansing method (and basically - its just using oil and facial massage to clean and detox the skin on your face) - and though people have been trained to automatically think anything oil related is bad for the skin - go through the site, read what it has to say… I’ve used this method often - I also have eczema and am sensitive to many chemicals… I had a ton of compliments on my skin about 2 weeks after I started using this method.
