How much water should you drink a day to combat water retention?
I drink a lot of coffee, but I also eat Lean Cuisines a few times a week, which have a lot of salt. I barely drink during the day, so I am probably dehydrated most of the time, but I feel bloated, which my doctor says could be due to salt intake. How much water should I drink a day to combat water retention? Will this reduce my bloating?
