I was just curious whether or not water filters will make water taste closer to bottled water? I live in Scotland so the quality of the water is pretty much second to none, but bottled waters still taste a lot better.
They said it causes cancer if you left the bottled water for a while to become warm because the chemicals of the plastic will melt to the water.
I drink a ton of bottled water. when i drink it though sometimes i feel thirstier. how else am i supposed to drink water?
i know water is good i’m asking is it better than tap water.

I recently stopped drinking bottled water and purchased a brita pitcher a week ago. The first few times, the water tasted fine, but today I poured a glass and the water tasted bad. I emptied it out and put some new water in it, and it tastes fine again, but what could be the cause for the bad tasting water?
I don’t think I had any for the past two days, could that be the reason? If not, what else could be the cause, and how can I prevent it from happening in the future?

Ok my house has no water right now so i have been drinking bottled water and i like buying diffret water every so often so i bought a couple of cases of Dansai water. Well i have been drinking it for like a week when my friend was all like "Dude that **** is bad for you its got salt in the water!" All i have been drinking this passed week is Sprite and Bottled Dansai Water. Why do they put salt in the water and will this dehydrate me?
I’ll be moving to Baton Rouge, which has some of the most polluted water in the country. I was thinking about just having bottled water delivered to me but then when I take a shower, I could still be subject to the contaminants. Should I get a whole house water filter instead? But, then I was thinking the plumbing could already be polluted. Plus, when I go out to any restaurant, the water will be dangerous also.
of all of the stupid environmental precautions this by far the most ridiculous. there are tons of plastic items in the world so why does bottled water get the bad rap? it is completely stupid to think that you are harming the environment by purchasing and drinking bottled water.
My new home I just moved into, happens to be on a Well. I’m not yet sure if it’s public or private. But I’d assume it’s publicly shared between the houses around mine. We’re just outside the delivery of CCU (Charlotte County Utilities) in Port Charlotte. Do I need to go down to my health department? I’ve never lived on a Well, and for now, I’m drinking bottled water. I want to be absolutely positive it’s safe to drink before I do drink it.
You know that taste bottled water has that regular old water doesn’t? I know it’s called "distilled". Could I just heat up water for a few minutes and viola?
Like if i drink a bottle of flavored water instead of normal bottled water will i see the same results ie: clear skin, weight lose etc..
or is flavored water bad for you?
