What is the worst tasting bottled water?
In your opinion, what is the brand of the worst tasting bottled water and why do you think so?

You know those waters that are marketed as the "cleanest" or "most natural" or "pure" tasting from far away places? They have denied people living in third world conditions access to the only clean water available.
If that is not reason enough, will you stop drinking bottled water knowing that chemicals from plastics leak into that "pure" water you paid too much for?
I gave up bottled water last year and I think it’s a good idea if we all did.
Some bottled water in our office sits for awhile, how long is it good?
I have a five week old daughter and she has to be on formula for the next 10 days, I was wondering if tap water was safe yet or if I needed to go get bottled water. Thank you for any advice.
In response to professional_mother’s question she has to be on formula because I have gotted edema for the second time and last time I ended up in the hospital and having to have my c-section reopened. The medicine that they have put me on this time is very mega duty and is the last resort one because the last meds that I could breastfeed on didn’t work. My doc is very supportive of breast feeding but we both would like to avoid me being in the hospital and her having to be on formula longer. Thanks to everyone for their advice.

I live in the United Arab Emirates and the tap water here is quite hard (it has a lot of dissolved substances in it)
Is boiling the tap water then using it for my fish tank enough? Because my parents gwet quite pissed off that I use so much bottled water for just my fish!
Ok so its fine if i boil the water, let it get to room temp, add a filter to oxegenate the water, then add it to the tank rite?
Stupid question: I need to do make some solutions and need to know where to get DISTILLED WATER. Is this the same as bottled water like you get from Walmart?
Im from England and going to Turkey in a couple of days. I’ve heard that you mustn’t drink the tap water, but drink bottled water instead. However, when preparing salads and washing fruit and vegetables that aren’t going to be cooked, is it ok to wash them in the tap water and eat them raw?
Exactly how strict do you have to be? Also with ice in drinks?
I was recently at a Pizza Hut Express in California and asked for tap water, and was refused. I was told to buy bottled water instead at a nearby machine. I have never been refused water like this before — does anyone know if there is some sort of state mandate that requires restaurants/bars/food service counters to offer tap water when it’s available from their soft drink dispensing machines?
I don’t. I’m not that foolish. Bottled water isNOT what you think it is.
I see that you do love bottled water. But I won’t say anything, i’ll just laugh to myself. My tap water tastes better than any bottled water I’ve tasted. And a hell of a lot cheaper, too!
You all have it put into your feeble little minds that bottled water tastes better. Who brainwashed you?
why is that. it looks like a white dust in the water. If you let it set for a few minutes it will almost completely dissolve. I’d like to know what that is, and if its bad to drink.
the water filter is supposed to be really sophisticated, and be of better quality than arrowhead bottled water.
I work in an airport and I saw a passenger with a bottle of water I think it had a purple label but I briefly read that it was free of most toxins found in bottled water but I can’t think of the name of it…can anyone help me with this or something similar.
Fluoride is a toxic poison. This is an undisputed fact. It is for this reason there is a warning on all toothpastes to contact poison control center if more than what’s used for brushing is swallowed. Fluoride has been known to have many physically damaging effects on human body like fatigue, IBS, fluorosis and various other illnesses. A simple google search of "fluoride is poison" reveals 1000′s of websites stating their harmful effects. I do not use any tap water and use bottled water which says "no fluoride". I use toothpastes which say, "no fluoride". But I still have to take shower with fluoridated water and I contribute that to the hair loss I have on the head. This is why so many men in America get bald so fast. I have the right to choose if I want fluoride or not, because that’s what freedom and democracy means. Why must I be forced to use fluoridated water? That is communist and socialist behavior. Why is my right not to have fluoridated water, not honored? You are force feeding me fluoride by saying, "it prevents cavities". I use non-fluoridated toothpaste for the past 3 years and there are no cavities. I don’t even rinse my mouth with fluoridated water. In 1986, FDA ruled that Xylitol has been proven to prevent cavities. That was the biggest blow to fluoride toothpaste supporters. However, this finding was quickly buried and not covered by media. I use toothpastes that have xylitol as active ingredient instead of fluoride and there were no cavities. However, I don’t get to choose the type of water that should be supplied to my house. Government wants to give us cancer and kill us all. Fluoride is gathered from nuclear waste and pollution remains. Why then I must be forced fed fluoride? I should have the right to choose. Why don’t I have it?
someone said "everyone is alive and well in America". Is this a joke? Look at the hospitals or any doctor’s office. There are millions of us having health problems. Just because your health is good doesn’t mean everyone is well.
schmuck: you’re an example of what excessive fluoride consumption does. You just proved it
chupa esa: Body does require vitamin C, but fluoride is absolutely not needed for the body and without it you don’t suffer. But lack of vitamin C makes you suffer. This is fact
America’s life expectancy is way below other developed countries that do not use fluoridated water. Also some people smoke and drink all their lives but don’t suffer bad health. Some people are allergic to fluoride and you should be considerate to that.
my question is that where is my right to choose? I do not want fluoridated water in my house. Why must I be forced to get it? That’s the main debate here. Its about my personal rights and my body. If I don’t want something why must it be still supplied? Does anyone care to address that?
I know its all water, but I can taste the difference in them. I won’t touch Deja Blue to this day because to me it tastes horrible. I know, I know its just water, but still. Do you think it could be the plastic that affects the taste? What bottled water do you drink? I like Fiji and SmartWater. Aquafina is okay too.
tap water is soooooooo much more convienent. is it really bad for you if you can get past the after taste? sometimes i think bottled water is over done so people can make money.
