Bottle Water – Boiled/Filtered Water (Dasani)?

Is drinking bottled water bad for you? More specifically Dasani made by the Coca Cola company. I’m strictly avoiding all soft drinks including things like Minute Maid and Five Alive made by Pepsi, does anyone know if they might add suspicious substances into bottle water like caffeine to create addiction?

what is it with Dasani water?

anytime I drink more than 24 oz of the stuff i feel like passing out. Didn’t they have some scare in Britain??
LONDON, March 19 – Only weeks after it introduced Dasani bottled water into Britain, the Coca-Cola Company ordered a recall of some 500,000 bottles on Friday after finding excess levels of bromate. The chemical, with long-term exposure, has been linked to a higher risk of cancer.

I heard Dasani water (Coca Cola Company) drained a village’s natural water table in Africa to bottle Dasani products and it caused a famine for the village that led to starvation and loss of life due to the villager’s inability to grow crops and have fresh drinking water. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this?? Is this just another ‘urban legend’??
