Specifically, when I have to ask permission from, say, Coca-Cola to use their brand names (Coca-Cola Classic, C2, Dasani) on my webpage. I have already searched the US Patent and Trademark Office. Would a lawyer be my best source?

I know alot of corporation use deceptive pratices when they market their bottled water. two prime examples: dasani and aquafina…
Does anyone know any other companies that do this kind of deceptive marketing?
and how does someone tell from reading a water bottle if the water is actually from an aquifer vs. a bottle full of municpal water treated with some minerals?

We live in a very hot, sunny climate. Sometimes I bring a cold, sealed dasani or deer park (etc.) to the car cup holder. Hours later the water is quite warm, almost hot. Is the water safe to drink, specifically, can plastic in the bottle leech to to the water? Would appreciate if you have some expertise in chemistry, plastics etc.

I’ve recently stopped drinking the unhealthy carbonated drinks, my favorites being Vault and Coke, and moved on to the healthier water. I’m 14 years old and I’ve noticed that people try to GET healthy by drinking water, so for the past 5 days it’s been nothing but Dasani for me in attempt to STAY healthy. I limit myself to four 16.9 FL OZ (1.006 PT) 500 mL bottles per day.
I also drink 1 can of tea on school days, since my school does’t provide us with bottled water.
Is this a bad or a good sign?
Help me survive:

My wife brought in the bottle of Dasani water from her car. It was below freezing outside. She poured it into a room temperature glass and ice crystals resembling snowflakes formed until the glass was filled with an icy slush.
We watched if for some time and couldn’t come up with a good explanation. Then we tried a second room temperature glass. The water while contained inside the plastic dasani bottle was free of ice and when we poured the second glass it too began to form ice crystals.
I recorded the second pour on video that I can post on you tube if anyone wants to see it.
There was no pressure on the bottle. it had been opened initially on Monday evening. (It’s now Wednesday) It was recapped and left out in the car where it is currently about 15 degrees outside.
The two pours were 10 minutes apart and I even recapped and shook the plastic bottle in between pours. No ice formed in the plastic bottle even with agitation of the water. It only formed when the water hit the glass.
I’m logging into youtube right now. I’ll post the video and then put the link here.

Okay, I’m kind of confused about the whole purification level on water.
I’m under the impression that bottled waters like Dasani and Aquafina are similar to tap water.
But then there’s water with electrolytes added, like SmartWater.
And then the "ultra purified, energized" kind like Penta. The label says it does not contain all kinds of chemicals….
I can notice a significant taste difference in these, but how do they effect your body? Are they different or the same?

I have about 8 ounces of hard liqour that is 35% alcohol.I am 16 years old 5’10 and 140 pounds..I never drink and I’ve never been drunk before.I ate a double cheesburger about 3 hours ago but that’s all I ate all day… Will that 8 ounces get me drunk? ( 8 ounces is a little less than half of a dasani or aquafina or coke bottle.)
