My school is attempting to be more eco-friendly and we want to conserve water by installing automatic faucets that turn off when not in use. However, the ones I can find are way out of budget. Any suggestions?
I just moved into a new house. The people before us remodeled the bathrooms but when they put in the faucets the let the glue get all over. Is there anyway to remove it?
All of a sudden all of our showers stopped producing hot water. It is not ice cold, but it is also not hot either. This is happening to all our showers. But we can get plenty of hot water from our faucets. The plumber who came out wants to replace the cartridges in the showers that regulate the hot and cold – but this doesn’t make sense that all of the cartridges in all of our showers would suddenly all go bad at the same time. So what else could be causing just our showers to no longer get hot water?
I Am very good about cleaning my bathroom daily and scrubbing , However I have come to a large irritation. My faucets the chrome is covered in water spots and looks horrid . no general house cleaner I use works. What gets rid of these ugly Faucets!!! Also My tiles in my showers Seem to never come clean from soap scum , I need something strong that I can use home made remidies or store bought any suggestions?
The bathroom in my apartment has separate hot and cold faucets which make it very difficult to shave and wash your hands since you only get either piping hot or ice cold water. Is there any way to connect these without replacing the sink? I don’t want to invest too much money into a place I am renting.
I do not have sulfur water. The water smells fine out of all my other faucets. It’s only water out of the one faucet that stinks.
My kitchen faucet is all messed up (has a leak, etc). I want to go buy a new one at Home Depot or Lowes, how do I know what size will fit and properly screw into the hole when I remove the old one? Or are all faucets for kitchen sinks the same diameter for the screw hole?
The bathtub has the 3 faucets 1 for hot 1 for cold and the middle one to switch the water to go from shower head to tub . After I turn the water off it continues dripping from the the tub faucet and from the middle one where I can switch the water to come out of the shower head or tub. Also when using the shower I have a lot of water coming out from the middle faucet I have tried tightening and they are tight and still drip. What else can I do ?
The hot water faucet takes four minutes to fill a tub, and a cold-water faucet takes three minutes fo the same job. How long to fill the tub if both faucets are used?

Renovating a luxury home and would like to buy high end faucets in bulk. Is there a place on the east coast (NY or Boston) that have great products at reasonable prices. Home Depot products are not high end enough.
We have to wait for a long time to get hot water from the faucets, during winter, coz of water filled in the pipes getting cold. Is there any way we can maintain the temperature on pipes or any special kind of pipes available in the market? It is irritating me to wait for really…really…long time.
