…but one puts out cold water and the other hot water. I want to know how this works. Is the water in the jug room temperature? What controls the hot and cold temperatures of the water?
This may seem like a dumb question, but I really have no idea how it works. Can anyone inform me?

Does drinking water before running cause stomach cramps?I just started running and every time I run about five or so minutes into my run, i start getting really bad cramps. I thought that by drinking plenty of water I’m keeping my self hydrated, do i need to drink water before running? If so, how much should i drink so that I will not get cramps?
