I have a Kenmore water cooler, It has hot and cold water. Lately the cold water is not cold. I checked the compressor it is running ok, I checked lower door is cold. I just don’t know why the water is not chilling cold. please tell me how to fixed it . I have this kenmore water cooler about a year. Thank you very much.
We need a water softener and are thinking about getting a Kenmore. The plumber told me that is not a good idea. Is that true or does he just want me to buy the one from him??
The single element sediment filter is configured with a tankless water heater and two disconnects. Is there any need for a whole house water filter?

Do I need to bring in a service tech, it was installed by a professional, I just don’t know anything about softeners. It is a kenmore 425, looks expensive and don’t want to mess it up. Anybody have any ideas? The tank has about 2 gallons in the well, but no salt that I can see in it.
The Kenmore is 9.99 and the Whirlpool is 7 at Lowes. I don’t really want to spend more on a water softener and these seem to be the cheapest for decent brands. If you know of others in the price range that are good too, please share.

I moved into this house 2 months ago. I live in town. The people who lived here, were only here for 3 yrs, then sold it to me. They have never put salt in the kenmore soft water system since they have been here. It is on. I am not sure what to do. Should I use it? would it make a difference in my water pressure as far as build-up? They really couldn’t give me any info on it.
i have a kenmore 26 cu ft. ref/freezer with an ice maker and water dispenser. the ice maker works fine however, the water dispenser stopped working,, what can i do?
I have had the fridge since August 2008 and the water dispenser worked for a brief period of time, but water has not come from it in a really long time. I can occasionally get a drip or two from it if the ice dispenser is going at the exact same moment. Is this an issue with the water filter or something that I should get someone to service?

I know some websites say that Kenmore water filters are at the bottom, in the grill, but I can clearly see that mine has the water filter on the inside of the fridge, under the top.
last question, are filters easy to change??
I just bought a house with an older kenmore softner. I put pellet type salt in (as recommended on unit) but not for sure if it works. I set the timer to regeinate or whatever it’s called every night, but the thing constantly makes a ticking kind of noise. Shouldn’t it only make noise at night. And should I be able to run water in my house and see water coming or leaving from the unit?
Just got a Kenmore Oasis HT washer. Already know about the lower water efficiency levels….Just tried using the SHEETS and Bulky/Bedding cycles and wonder if this is the setting with the highest water levels? Any suggestions? I bought this machine to do LARGE loads, but want to make sure clothes get clean with enough water. Pls don’t tell me to get a FRONT LOADER machine, because I have already heard horror stories about mold/mildew/smell. Help???!!!!

Our water softener is a kenmore household unit that has been working fine for the last few years. Recently, the salt level was low, the tank filled with water and didn’t drain. I refilled the salt level, but it has not cycled since.
