This is a kitchen faucet with a pull out sprayer. One hole installation. The hose snapped away from sprayer and I’m trying to feed a new hose down to the water supply line, but it doesn’t seem to fit. When the old hose broke, it dropped through, under the sink, but I can’t get the new hose to drop down and they are the same size. Do I need to remove the entire faucet from the sink to feed the hose through?

I am currently replacing my kitchen faucet and turned the water off with no problem. Now I am trying to loosen the nut to remove the faucet and it WON’T BUDGE. I even bought a special wrench to try and get up there, but it’s a tad too small. Any tips to loosen it or any special tools?? Thank you!!

When we turn on our (single-handle) kitchen faucet and set it to hot, after hot water starts coming out, soon afterwards we hear a very high-pitched whine and have to turn it off or to cold. What causes this and is it something we can fix? Should we just replace the faucet?

The pressure in my kitchen faucet has turned into just a trickle. The pressure everywhere else in my house is fine. What are the possible problems causing this? As far as I have been able to decipher, there is no blockages of any kind.

The building I live in requires a 30 day notice to turn off the water pressure. I figure I could replace the kitchen faucet washers in a few minutes while the water is on full pressure. Is this possible?
Unfortuntely there is no shutoff valve under the sink.

I have two separte knobs for my kitchen faucet and the one with the warm water stopped working. It keeps dripping and it won’t shut off so I turned off the main warm water valve below. Also the cold side makes a loud vibrating noise when I turn it on full, it works fine though. So do I need a new faucet or is there a way to fix this? By the way, this one is only about 8 months old.

All of a sudden there is no water coming out of my kitchen faucet. What is the reason for this? Both the hot and cold valves are open underneath the sink. All of the other faucets/toilet in the house are working. Also, I put the faucet in about 8 months ago.

My kitchen faucet is all messed up (has a leak, etc). I want to go buy a new one at Home Depot or Lowes, how do I know what size will fit and properly screw into the hole when I remove the old one? Or are all faucets for kitchen sinks the same diameter for the screw hole?

I was at a friend’s house once and he had one of those filters on his kitchen faucet. I actually got a glass of water from it and let me tell you it still tasted nasty. I can’t remember which one it was if it was a brita or culligan. I’m not sure. I always go and refill my 5 gallon bottle at a water dispenser. But I’m getting tired of doing it especially when the dispenser is out of order. So I now I keep hearing and reading that the sink water is fine to drink. Is there a filter out there that works well enough to be able to drink the water? Thanks

I broke the handle on the side spray on my kitchen faucet. Can I just buy a new side spray and install that? OR will I have to buy a new faucet in order to fix? If so, is it an easy install or will I have to call a plumber?
Part 2
Will the new side spray I buy come with just that or will it have the ‘cord’ or whatever to come with it?

I have a single handle kitchen faucet which is leaking. I wanted to put a new washer to see if that stops it. But i am currently stuck at the first point itself which is to remove the handle. I know that there is a set screw(which can be removed using a allen key) but cannot see it at all. There is a hot/cold symbol (picture) which somehow i think needs to be taken out to see the set screw but i am unable to do so. Any ideas what i am missing here?

I have this loud noise from the water pipe every time I turn the kitchen faucet on. It goes away when the water starts flowing. It started few weeks ago and it is getting worse.
What is causing it and what I need to do to fix it?

Recently my kitchen faucet, never having strong pressure, is suddenly losing water pressure and most interestingly, slowly shuts off, rather than right away when I turn it off. It isn’t dripping…yet, but any idea what is causing this? It isn’t happening anywhere else. Thank you.

I just purchased and installed a Price Pfister Florentino 2 lever kitchen faucet. When turning off the hot water, the lever rotates beyond the off position and gets out of alignment. I keep having to unscrew the handle, realign it and tighten it back in place. But it quickly get turned around again with normal use. What should I do to fix this permanently??

I live in an apartment complex with no outside hose access, so I want to be able to run one through my kitchen faucet, or even my tub faucet. Are there any adapters for either of these?
