Does a lot of water HONESTLY help you LOSE weight? And, if I drink ONLY WATER (no food) for one whole week, how much weight would i lose?????

and is it bad for you to chug a lot of water at one time? when i come home i usually chug a bottle so i don’t eat a lot of junk food, and someone told me that its bad for you.
I’d rather stay away from city-fluoridated water for health reasons, but it seems very hard to come by. It seems like a waste of plastic to buy 2.5 gallon jugs of it at the store once a week, not to mention hauling that much water around. I see those machines at the grocery store to fill up your own, but I think you can only buy by the gallon, and I’m not even sure if it’s un-fluoridated.
I’ve looked into that "zero" water pitcher, but it has very mixed reviews and seems very pricy to maintain a clean filter. We drink a lot of water, so I’m trying to find the best solution.
Any suggestions?
I need to know because I get 3 bottles of water in a day which should be 6 as i am told. When i drink too much water i feel really really full and i dont like that feeling it makes me bloat. Hi! I have always bought bottled water and just drank that. But I recently bought a Brita water filter and everytime I drink the filtered water out of my reusable plastic water bottle (Aladdin Brand) I get a horrible headache. Could they be related?

I just got a brita pitcher about a month ago, and some spare filters. It has the electronic thing on it that takes a bar away every 2 weeks, and has a total of 4 bars. There are 2 bars left on mine, but the water is starting to taste a little like tap water. I drink a lot of water, I think, so I am wondering if I need to change the filter even though according to this thing I’m okay.
If not, should I wash it or what?

The bathtub has the 3 faucets 1 for hot 1 for cold and the middle one to switch the water to go from shower head to tub . After I turn the water off it continues dripping from the the tub faucet and from the middle one where I can switch the water to come out of the shower head or tub. Also when using the shower I have a lot of water coming out from the middle faucet I have tried tightening and they are tight and still drip. What else can I do ?

I want to see if my area has flouridated tap water. I really dont wanna drink it. I have been drinking a lot of water lately and am getting a lot of cancer sores in my mouth now, and am still tired, flouridated water sucks and I want no part, brushing my teeth is good enough. Is there a website that has cities or counties listed that do or dont have flouridation???
Oh, and if you have any info. on a good cheap water filter that filters out soudium flouride please leave a link. Most of the ones I’ve seen are quite expensive
sodium flouride is artificially introduced, a few countries have banned it already because they found out it’s a croc o’ sh$#!
