I think that the body is able to deal with different water PH since our stomach is acidic and our blood stream is close to neutral. Does the PH really matter or the fact that the water is stripped of minerals because of a filtration process like distilled water or Reverse Osmosis water. I’m not sure what to think. In my practice I’ve been drinking RO water for a year and I feel just the same as I did when I drank mineral water. Any thoughts? Thank you!
Is it ok to re-use the mineral water plastic bottles or is that plastic meant for use & throw type usage only?
I mean for my own use… no commecial or dubious intentions! My water consumption is too much to afford a new bottle every time. So I tend to re-use bottles for a month or so… someone at the office told me that it is not safe because these bottles are made of plastic that should be disposed after single use.
