How healthy/unhealthy is this drink?

It’s called Simply Lemonade with raspberry and it says it’s "all natural, not from concentrate," but then on the back it says 11% juice blend, and its ingredients are : pure filtered water, natural sugar, lemon juice, raspberry puree, natural flavors.

im trying to eat as healthy of food as i can, but i need my sugar fix every once in a while so i bought this to quench that craving. it has 7 servings per container, and each serving has 110 calories, and 26 grams of sugar.

so is this OKAY, or is it something that I should avoid?

Dasani Strawberry Kiwi Essence?

Dasani has these (relatively) new unsweetened lightly flavored waters… i’ve been drinking them lately and really enjoy the taste. It may just be my imagination, though, but i seem to not feel well later on, on days when i drink the water.
The ingredients are filtered water, natural flavors and citric acid.
None of that can make you sick, huh?

Anyone have any experiences with this beverage?

zero calories, made with spring water, has vitamins just like vitamin water, and has electrolytes to help you hydrate. 3 natural flavors are available. www.drinkrestart.com
If I were diabetic or overweight or didn’t want to gain weight I think this would be the drink for me.

How bad is this soda for you?

I usually try to stay away from soda, but the other day I picked some up from the grocery store (I was craving it). I was wondering how bad this type is for you…

It is Hansen’s Diet soda. It has No: carbs, calories, preservatives, sodium, caffeine, fat, sugar, or aspartame.

The two types I have:

Kiwi Strawberry
Contains:
Pure triple filtered carbonated water, citric acid, natural potassium citrate, natural fruit flavors with extracts of Chilean kiwi fruit & pacific northwest strawberries, acesulfame potassium, sucralose (Splenda® brand).

Root Beer
Contains:
Pure triple filtered carbonated water, caramel color, potassium citrate, phosphoric acid, sucralose (Splenda® brand), acesulfame potassium, natural flavors (licorice root extracts, Madagascan vanilla, wintergreen anse), acacia.

How bad are these for you? Which one is better?

Thanks!
To Amarissa H: If I am not mistaken, I think that aspartame is the fake sugar that you are referring too. I don’t think sucarose has been linked to cancer.
