I usually try to stay away from soda, but the other day I picked some up from the grocery store (I was craving it). I was wondering how bad this type is for you…
It is Hansen’s Diet soda. It has No: carbs, calories, preservatives, sodium, caffeine, fat, sugar, or aspartame.
The two types I have:
Kiwi Strawberry
Contains:
Pure triple filtered carbonated water, citric acid, natural potassium citrate, natural fruit flavors with extracts of Chilean kiwi fruit & pacific northwest strawberries, acesulfame potassium, sucralose (Splenda® brand).
Root Beer
Contains:
Pure triple filtered carbonated water, caramel color, potassium citrate, phosphoric acid, sucralose (Splenda® brand), acesulfame potassium, natural flavors (licorice root extracts, Madagascan vanilla, wintergreen anse), acacia.
How bad are these for you? Which one is better?
Thanks!
To Amarissa H: If I am not mistaken, I think that aspartame is the fake sugar that you are referring too. I don’t think sucarose has been linked to cancer.
