Is there a good way to clean reusable water bottles?
I use reusable water bottles, but they get a lot of dirt up in the screw top lid. What is the best way to clean the lids and get into all the ridges so it is nice and clean?

I am making an alcoholic beverage made out Everclear and fruit punch (jungle juice, hunch punch, etc). I figured for my party, a cool way to distribute this drink is through my water cooler (take off the water jug and fill with drink). Will this screw up my water cooler in anyway? Thanks!
i am so frustrated with the brita, screw-on, faucet filter. it never screws in properly and the "handle" that you turn to screw on the filter is so poorly designed allowing only a weak grip, making it so difficult to screw it on. what a fukkking rip off?
according to my financial model, the screw on was the most economical way to get water compared to bottled, brita pitcher and those water dispensers.
why does my life suck so much?
hey "tradesprofessional", i googled you. you don’t exist. the only website your name shows up is on yahoo. so stop fooling yourself about bob vila and what not.
I want to install a water filter system in my sink so I don’t have to go buy water all the time. Anyone know a brand that gives you drinking water that’s like or closest to bottled water? Prefer the ones you screw right onto the end of the faucet if there is one that is good, but if not, the under-sink ones will do if someone knows a good brand. Thanks
The apartment that I moved into had a pur filter already installed onto the faucet, I hate it! I understand that you are supposed to be able to twist it off but no matter how i twist it, it just spins on the faucet. Any suggestions on how to get it off?
I understand how it’s supposed so be removed, but it’s not working, the top screw part spins with no result. any other ideas?? I’m to the point of destroying it but don’t know how to do that either
My kinetico water softner is not working.
I can manually run it through cycle, with the screw on top. I never hear it run a cycle on its own. The water level in the salt tank is above the grid at the bottom. Where should it be? where should the float be set? any other helpful suggestions.
My faucet looks like this.

It doesnt even have a visible screw to give me a clue, where to start!
I have a disc faucet in my kitchen sink. there is leakage for which I want to pull the faucet handle out. I was able to remove the cap on the top of the faucet with a screwdriver, then removed the single screw to free the faucet lever. but I could not pull out the lever.
I have Moen faucet

I’ve got a fairly new Samsung fridge. It uses a pretty expensive screw in type filter. In the past, I’ve let it go well past the indicator light on the fridge for changing … however I think the indicator is just a timer that goes red after about 6 months. It’s just me and one other person, so the water usage isn’t terribly high. Right now, the filter in there is almost 2 years old. Is there any danger is letting these things go for too long without changing?
ok we had a pur water filter on our sink but we never used it and and it was in the way all the time. Well we took it off and put a new screw in filter thingy ( the normal ones a sink originally comes with) well now the water is coming out dark drak gray. I let it run 5 minutes and everything idk what to do now
Where can I get it or do I have to buy a whole new one? Just the little screw on thing that goes up into the faucet.
it seems such a waste. Is there anyone who offers cartridges which have screw off top or bottom so it can simply be refilled with fresh activated carbon? I can find 50 pouinds of activated carbon for like a dollar a pound. That would be about 1/20th the cost of buying a whole plastice cartridge every few months.
re: <<will it still be activated charcoal>>
Well it sat in the side of a mountain for a hundred millenium I would hope the carbon should age well sitting in a pastic bag in my closet. I mean how long do those store filters sit on the shelf before you come along and buy them? Are those still "activated" either? If anything should age pretty well I would hope it would be a charcoal rock.
