My bathtube faucet has been running (lightly) for 2 days. I want to wait till the end of the week to report it to my landlord because I don’t want them coming in to fix it this week. They come at the worst times and this week I will be sleeping late and having my lover over. I want to wait till late in the week so that they will come when it is convenient to me. They always have the worst timing. It is just running nonstop (the hot water) in a steady stream. I know it is wasting water, but that isn’t the issue. I just don’t want to deal with them coming in my apartment this week. I work evenings and sleep late in the mornings and don’t want to be disturbed whenever they decide to pop in.
this faucet has leaked twice before and I have had them come in to fix it but they are not professionals so they really dont’ know how to fix it right. It began to have a light driip within a week of being fixed both times and I get tired of having to wait around and make sure I am dressed and up in case they come in early.

I have replaced the stems in both hot and cold sides of kitchen sink. They are turned off, yet when the shower or stool are used the water comes out of the faucet in a steady stream. As soon as the shower or stool shuts off so does the flow in the kitchen sink. HELP!!!

Whenever the hot water is turned on in another part of the house, the hot water faucet in the kitchen makes a groaning type sound and then begins a steady stream leak. What causes this and how can it be fixed?

I just moved into a new construction and it has a new water heater. When I turned on the hot water faucet to let the water pour just a little bit, it runs fine with a small steady stream. The second I turn the faucet more, the water will begin to pour sporadically like its choking and the faucet will shake. Are you suppose to break in a new water heater?

I’ve just installed a new cartridge filter. It is the System 3 Mod Media Filter. I read in the manual that during the initial start up phase, I must wait for a steady stream of water to come out of the air release valve before closing it. However, I am not getting any water out of this valve. I can see that the pump is primed and water is released back into the pool. What could be problem for this not to happen as stated in the manual?
