I just got a betta fish ( I named it Swimmie). I have it’s home and I have the water conditionor. I used bottled water that was already room temperature and then I added about 1 cup of cold water from my Brita because I ran out of bottle water. Its been about 12 hours and I haven’t put swimmie in it’s home yet because the water is cold to my touch. Do they like cold or warm water?

I’ve been paranoid when i got really dehydrated one time in my life and i never want to go through that experience again. Since then i’ve been drinking almost 18 cups of Cold/Warm water each night (Sipping, not taking big gulps) and right now my stomach is hurting and Ive been going to the bathroom A LOT (Pooping, Farting, and Burping) … Also my mouth becomes dry when i stop drinking it. Can anyone tell me is drinking water is a problem? And is it normal for what is happening to me?

I have two separte knobs for my kitchen faucet and the one with the warm water stopped working. It keeps dripping and it won’t shut off so I turned off the main warm water valve below. Also the cold side makes a loud vibrating noise when I turn it on full, it works fine though. So do I need a new faucet or is there a way to fix this? By the way, this one is only about 8 months old.

How much water does it take to dialute a very small amount of urine? If there is a very small amount of urine, how much water is needed to dialute it on a drug test?
It was only like 4 ml of urine and 41 ml and warm water.

I hate how the 2 faucets are placed apart and I only get either very hot or very cold water, not warm water.

i just replaced my hot water heater and all i’m getting is luke warm water. about three days after installation i took out both elements and looked them over the top element was completely covered in calcium deposit it looks like and the bottom one looks brand new i have replaced both and the same thing keeps happeneing i had culligan come out and look at my water softner and they said thy fixed my hard water problem. it has been 4 days since they came out and still getting quiet a bit of build up on the top element and now hot water can anyone please help. yes ive had plumbers come out they don’t know anything, i’ve had electricans come out they don’t know anything and culligan came out and charged me a bunch of money and apparently didn’t fix anything
i konw for a fact their are no air bubbles in the line, i am not on city water it is a well and i am currently puting in a filter before the water softener, and i know there are very good plumbers out there i’m just saying the 4 plumbers that have tryed to help me have said " wow this really has me stumped" thanks for everyones input so far 2 things i’m currently trying to do to resolve the problem since i know my electricity is good and my elements are good is 1 put in a inline filter before the sofner 2 set my water softener up for every day instead of every 3 days which is what the culligan guy set it up as, and 3 possibly changing the brand new elements from the ge ones they sent me to sand hog ones i here they are better any more suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you everyone for your input so far

I want to know if I am adjusting the cold and hot water handles right. I am trying to get the right temperature for the warm water.
Is their a simple way to get the exact temperature?
The hot water handle is more screwed in then the cold water handle.

A friend of mine told me to start drinking warm water mixed with honey for my skin. Currently she is doing it, and I wanted to know if anyone else heard of this or if they are doing it (with good results)?

My GE smartwater dispenses warm water, when it should be cold. I’m wondering what the cause of this could be, and if it’s even worth getting repaired, or if I should just consider getting a new one.

After i had my son the doctors told me to spray myself down with warm water after i go to the bathroom and then pat dry, but i was in such a rush to get out of the hospital i didn’t think to ask, How long do i have to do that for? it’s been almost 2 weeks and it’s way to time consuming for me.

I am not using hot water. Just mildly warm to get the chill out. I have a Tomato plant I am experimenting with and have been taking it in the garage during freezes and am wondering if using warm water is ok or will it kill it?
We live in North Florida so the weather is cold during the evenings but warms up to the 60′s during the day.
Thanks!

I’m really thirsty, and a bit annoyed that it’s a bottle of hardened ice!
But I don’t want warm water…

anyone done this?
7 min 5 min prep
Change to: servings US Metric
2 tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice (1/2 lemon)
2 tablespoons of pure grade b maple syrup or a maple syrup
1-2 pinch cayenne pepper, to taste (red)
12 ounces of purified water (very warm)
Not the one? See other Master Cleanser Recipes
< 15 mins Beverages
Low Protein Beverages
Citrus Beverages
Cut up some (preferably organic) lemons or limes.
Heat up your water (I just zap it in the microwave for 90 seconds).
Squeeze lemon/lime juice into the warm water (try to avoid getting seeds in your water– I use a tea filter).
Sprinkle a little cayenne powder in and stir in your maple syrup.
Drink this several times a day when you get hungry or thirsty (ok to alternate with pure water but not much else).
Use this as an exclusive food for 2-30 days, as you deem appropriate.
