Hi. I’m looking for a material to filter out dirt from water. Note that I am not looking for a water filter. I have a dog water fountain that has a water pump and everything, but my dog is a very sloppy drinker. The pump often gets blocked by dirt particles and dog hair and becomes really really nasty to clean. I’m looking for a net of some sort that can filter all this stuff out fairly easily but will still allow water to pass through easily, assuming that the net isnt completely blocked. Anyone have any suggestions beyond the obvious netting material?

My friend never drinks water from the water fountain because she said that flouride is poisonous. Is it true?

I heard that if I put the city water / fountain water in a water container for couple days or a week, then I don’t need to use water conditioner. Is that true?

I saw an insect on the water fountain. Not literally on the area where the water comes out but i twas by the drain. We have filtered water on the water fountain in the lounge at my dorm and i’m not sure if I should use it because some people might spit in it. Sometimes it looks like someone might of.
I have on sink in my bedroom…should I buy a filter and use that?

We have a water fountain on the wall and the manufacturer recommends using distilled water only. However, with the winter months it is using over a gallon or more of distilled water per day. Would like to try something else.

I know that the sound of water flowing is calming and nice, so i brought a nice water fountain that has three candles on it with rocks underneath it, but i just read that water fountains are not good in regards to the feng shui? is this correct, and if so, what should i do because i want my bedroom to be a calming, yet interesting place to reside and sleep in. thanx. help.

I always drink from the wall mounted drinking water fountain at my workplace. Recently, I have been feeling sick. Perhaps the water fountain made me sick? For the past two days, there has been a water bubble sticking out of the water hole of the fountain.
Can you get sick or injured from drinking water from a wall mounted drinking water fountain?
