we live in mass and my water system back washes into our septic it is filling to quickly. our septic guy suggests we drain it in a diffrent way. but my husband thinks its illegal to have a dry well. does anyone have any info about dry wells in mass

I work at wally-world aka: wal-mart and I had a customer come in and was looking for liquid chlorine to put into his home water system that connects to his house and that they where drinking the water I told him that I never heared of one that used chlorine and all of the customers that I know of use salt for there filter system and I was wondering is there a chlorine water system out there and if so how much do you use in it.

I have to do a paper for my mass media class. I’m pretending to be a Public Relations worker trying to fix a big mistake that a company or celebrity has made.
An example of this would be how in Europe, Coca Cola’s bottled water Dasani was strongly hated by the public after they found out it was tap water, the labeling was wrong, and chemicals had leaked into the water system.

In April we had Culligan install a soft water system in our home. That same week we put in a new vinyl floor. Upon installation the tech drilled two unwary holes into the floor and ripped the vinyl. Since then we have gone back and forth with the company regarding them fixing it. I haven’t paid the monthly service since April because I want them to fix the floor. After all, it was a brand new floor. They came out and took pictures of the damage and now tell us that until we pay the balance on the account they won’t do anything.
I feel that if we pay them then we will be admitting that we were happy with the service and won’t have any legal recourse. What are my options and can I legally not pay them until they fix my floor?
