There’s an APPARENT cause and a real one. The apparent cause is that the amount of water you ingest and expel ( by sweating, for example ) produces temporary and quick changes in weight. Some people even believe you can sweat off weight but it’s just lost water and doesn’t last.
The real effect comes from most effective diets breaking down fat and needed lots of water to carry away the waste products.
In sum, water can’t hurt and usually helps if you are well-hydrated.
I keep several 20 oz bottles of water in my fridge all the time. I find if I drink at least 3 of those a day, I will eat less and therefore lose a pound or two. I also seem to feel better when I’m drinking enough water. It sure can’t hurt unless you are drinking too much!
i chew ice a lot..and it is water haha..and ive gained wait..its because there your body takes longer to send it through your body..but it fills you..which means your body is turning your energy to fat
um, yeah, "water weight" (it’s temporary, because your body will use it as it needs it and then flush it out — urine)
