I’m always drinking water and barely anything else but i never seem to lose weight. I always eat fatter foods though. is that what is making me stay at my weight?

drinking water doesnt make you lose weight. just water weight. you have to cut down on your calories.
If you aren’t eating enough food, your body will try really hard to store the water and fatty foods you eat because it doesn’t know when it will get more food. Eat 5 small, healthy meals throughout the day and don’t snack.
Eating junk food all the time is not good for anyone. It’s good to be drinking lots of water, but you need to eat healthier food at the same time. Try it for a month or so and see if you notice a difference. Hope this helps.
I was the same way. I figured if I just drank a bunch of water it would flush out my system and I’d lose weight. What finally did it for me was Weight Watchers. You don’t even have to pay to go to the monthly meetings. You can get the books that list the points on eBay, and you can still eat so much!! It’s amazing. I’ve lost 34 lbs in just 3 1/2 months. I know it sounds funny but do some push-ups or sit-ups before or after you eat. It will force the body to transfer your food into useful nutrients. Also, by doing that you will get a tone and fit body with almost no effort and gain a vast amount of energy for the rest of the day. My favorite is to do 20 push-ups which is nothing near of what I can do, but just that little bit of work tells my body to start working and I get the results that I want. For starters just do 3-5 push-ups or 25-30 sit-ups within 5-10 minutes recommended before eating but after is okay.
Keep drinking that water it will help.
