Fluoride may occur naturally, but that’s not the kind they put in our water. The stuff they use is actually toxic waste. And they don’t do it to prevent cavities. It makes you more susceptible to brainwashing.
RO water from Culligan. But don’t drink plain RO water or distilled water.
Fluoride isn’t going to hurt you.
It takes a million times more than what is in your water to cause any kind of genetic problems.
What I’d really be worried about, if I were you, is the Fluoride in your teeth!!!

you can buy a pitcher that filters the water when you fill it, they are less expensive than purchasing an entire system…I don’t remember the exact name of them but you can get them at Wal mart.
The amount of Floride in the water is way way too low to affect you. you have a higher chance of being hit by lightning, having your house damaged by a meteorite fragment and win the national lottery. in that order.
Most bottled water comes from "municipal sources;" in other words, the tap.
A little fluoride wont hurt….you’re not drinking gallons a day…are you?
Ice mountain.
if you dont believe that fluoride is good for your teeth, look at the people from the south who drink well water and ask them for a big smile.
I drink water that is reverse osmosis purified usually found in gallon jugs at Target or grocery stores, that gets the fluoride out unlike other methods of purification. It should say in the small print how it was filtered. I also alternate once in awhile for natural minerals to Ice Mountain spring water which should be artificial fluoride free.
Edit: For those who think your fluoride consumption is at a safe level check out how much of it is in your foods because water is used in preparing or processing it.

Water–it’s not poison.
Just drink the water and spit the fluoride out. Drinking distilled water you do not get the natural minerals in the water that help your body absorb and eliminate it..
First off carefully remove any ice/frost from inside your fridge and freezer units. This ice/frost is distilled water in frozen form – it is as pure as moutain snow. This will give you some immediate drinkable water which is free of impurities such as added fluride.

I have checked a number of websites selling distillation equipment and mostly it’s expensive.
You can also buy bottled distilled water – the type used for topping up car batteries etc.
Rain water.
the best way to remove fluoride from your water and food supply is through political activism. Everyone must contact their local, state and federal officials and tell them to stop adding the unnecessary and health-robbing fluoride chemicals into our water supplies which is then used to make many of the foods and beverages we eat.
The problem is that Americans passively avoid fluoride for themselves thinking that solves the problem, when it doesn’t Fluoride is also absorbed from baths and inhaled via showers.
Start a petition to stop fluoridation where you live. If we all did that, the problem wouldn’t exist for any of us.
