-having water handy to wash your hands/squirt your dog when he barks/ fill up your radiator in an emergency / put out small fires
-using ‘need water’ as an excuse to get away from someone annoying
Store bought is expensive- after a couple hundred bottles, you could’ve bought a reverse-osmosis filter, which is the most filtering that can be done. A Brita-water filter is largely effective, and quite cheaper
yes water is good for you .you shouldn’t drink sugary drink.
Store bought water should be considered the same as tap. There is no regulation in the definition of "spring" or "mountain" or any of the other dumb terms they use. Almost *all* of those water companies are bottling from a municipal water supply.
The health benefits? What they all said.

water has fluoride i think so its good for your teeth too i think
Nice skin. You’ll look healthier. Have more of a glow. Won’t have as much cravings. It has some vitamins. It makes your pee healthier, it won’t be as yellow. lol. Much more energy. It’s really good for your entire body.
