Death??
No seriously, your body would think you were starving it (as you would be) and store fat (like squirrels do nuts for the winter).
It would slow down your metabolism (how your body uses food to fuel your body) and you would have no energy. You’d become listless and quite ill. You’ll muck up your whole body’s equilibrium. Bad idea.
Don’t do it matey. Rather, eat in moderation and exercise more. Much more pleasant!
Good Luck.
VERY bad idea. Water has no nutrients. Your body will start storing fat because it senses that it’s not getting any food. Beside that, you’ll be severely lacking proteins, carbs, sodium, and basically everything essential to staying healthy. Fast weight loss is never the key. Exercise, and eat right! Get your food pyramid foods.
Fainting.
Lowered metabolism….that will cause your body to store more fat afterwards.
You’ll also lose brain cells.
Check out sites on anerexia for more details.
Fasting is great for a day or two but starving yourself for 2wks is something else.
Do a juice/veg fast instead. You’ll lose weight just as fast without the negative effects of lowered metabolism or fainting.
Or consider using SlimFast and V8…..but just water is a bad idea.
1- you’re gonna lose like 15-20 pounds if you do exercise
2- you’re going to be very hungry.
3- you can get anemia.
4- you can have dizziness or even fainting.
5- you can get unconscious
My personal recommendation is not to do it, because there are more risks than benefits. I recommend you diets, cardiovascular exercises, running, and you can drink a glass of hot grapefruit juice in the morning before breakfast, that can burn fat really fast.
