Spring water comes from a natural spring and contains various minerals. Distilled water is made from boiling water and collecting the steam (pure H20). Minerals and other "impurities" are left behind. The flavor is very bland
Spring water comes from a natural source – a spring (supposedly).
Simple answer for distilled water is water which has been boiled with the evaporation being captured as a purer water. It removes minerals and some other waste from the original water.
it doesnt really answer ur question but all i know is that drinking spring water is better for you than distilled because of the minerals it has that r good for ur health
