don’t have a thermometer handy, but… in summer, it’s too warm to drink when you need a cool drink, as it is heated by the pipes in the warm ground and in the house’s crawl space….. in winter, it’s crisp and yummy cold!….
that would depend on your temp outside. here in iraq during the summer we turn off the water heater so the water sets in it and cools down. other wise the cold water will give you a hot shower

There is a lot of variables for cold water temperature. In general all that can be said that it will be lower than the ambient air temperature in most cased
It’ll depend on ambient temperature, and therefore climate and season. Remember, part of the water line typically goes through crawlspace, ground and ducting so the final temperature is a congregate of the temperature of those three.
For water heater sizing they say to use 40 degrees F for the northern parts of the US and 60 degrees F for the southern parts. I presume this is a weighted average (weighted low, since it is for heating calculations).
