The minerals in water don’t affect eczema much. For treatment try eczema cream from http://www.champori.com/eczema-relief.asp It is natural, steroids-free and works fast.
They all work just as well. If they say they remove 100% of chlorine/minerals, then they have to according to the government. Just buy any filtered shower head which will block out that stuff. But it doesn’t necessarily have to be the most expensive brand, although they may last longer.
i had eczema, and i didn’t use a shower filer, my eczema is totally gone now, and all i did was use Garnier Body Cocoon with maple extract (the one in the red bottle) twice a day and my eczema soon started to go. what a relief!
The kind of soaps and shampoo’s you use in shower could be flaring up your eczema more than the water you use as well. Aveeno makes great soap and lotion. Remember water drys out your skin no matter how much you filter. So try hydrating your skin as much as you can during the day so you’re not so affected by your daily shower routine!
