Spring water contains minerals and comes straight from the spring. Distilled water goes through treatments where the minerals and impurities are removed. In my opinion, distilled water has a cleaner taste (Aquafina is the best). Fiji Spring Water tastes like tap water to me. Probably spring water is healthier due to the minerals in contains, but distilled water tastes much better (to me anyway).
distilled has absolutely nothing but pure water in it (however, if you are really curious, i would ask the FDA what their definition of distilled is). spring water has minerals and may have off-tastes depending on where it was bottled. both are equally healthy as long as the spring water does not have any metals present in it. distilled, per gallon, is about 20 cents more.
after drinking distilled for several years, spring water tastes awful to me, but that is personal preference.
distilled water has no minerals in it at all. spring water does
Distilled water is water that has had virtually all of its impurities removed through distillation (boiling the water and re-condensing the steam into liquid water in a clean container, thus leaving contaminants behind).
Now Spring water on the other hand is just water.
Spring water has minerals . Distilled water is processed by condensing steam, I would think spring water would be better, I have a water filtration system , all you want and not all the bottles
Spring water is natural as it comes from the ground, filtered and bottled. Distilled water is usually manufactured. It is the collection of condensation from steam vapors and is pure - no minerals.
