When is water consumption good for your body before, during or after meals and Why?
I have heard my friend from Turkey tell me once drinking water 30 mins before meal helps improve digestion and appetite. My mom would suggest having water after food at least a glass ful but drink it slowly. My friends contradict and say drink water part by part during meal helps get the food slide better and help prevent overeating.

Drinking water period is good for the body no matter when you drink it or how you drink it. A full glass of water a day is good for you though
drinking water in general fills you and helps food expand in your stomach making you feel full faster
