To get one, call 1-800-341-2516. Find your appliance's model number (NOT the serial number) it should be on a plate somewhere on the fridge. Give the operator the model number and request an Owners manual, and this time - put it in a place where you can reference it as needed. The model number will be a 3 digit number, then a period, then a 6 digit number. There will be a small charge for the owners manual. You obviously have mis-placed the Owners manual.
