no.
No. It’s been proven that bottled water contains no more health benefits than tap water, plus it’s more expensive and bad for the environment. Stick to the tap water and improve your diet and exercise plan instead.
(to add on to my answer, studies have shown that bottled water also contains more bacteria, and the ‘nutrition’ minerals are minute. There are also sometimes traces of inudustrial chemicals in bottled water. Try this website if you don’t believe me- http://www.allaboutwater.org/regulations.html)
No, mineral water is devoid of sugar.

If the mineral water is carbonated, it won’t make you gain weight but it is very bad for your bones. It leaches calcium from your bones so be aware.
There have been a couple answers here that are wrong, so let me set it straight for you.
1. Mineral water does contain more benefits than normal water because mineral water contains more minerals, including calcium.
2. Carbonation does not leech calcium from bones. Carbonation causes the body to more rapidly absorb whatever is in the liquid, so in the case of acidic sodas, it does cause a calcium leech from the bones. This, however, is due to the ingredients in the soda, not the carbonation in and of itself.
That said, no, you won’t gain weight from mineral water, but if these are the kinds of questions you’re asking, then I don’t think you have the right mindset about weight loss/maintenance.
